The honest position first: Online Slots Kenya does not yet publish a contact address, an e-mail or a form, because the publisher's details are not yet public and the site is in DEMO status. This page says what a message could help with once a channel opens, and where a question about an operator, a complaint or self-exclusion belongs today.
The position today
No contact channel is published and no reply time is promised. Rather than show a form that leads nowhere, the site says so. When a channel exists it will appear here and in the footer of every page, and the date of that change will be recorded on the corrections page.
What a message could help with
Once a channel is open, the useful messages are the ones about the content: a section number that does not match the Act, a provider figure that has changed on the provider's page, a date that is out of step with the regulator's site, a sum in the RTP calculator or in a guide that does not add up, a link that no longer resolves. A message about a casino, a payout or an account is not something this site can act on, because it is neither the operator nor the regulator.

A note for operators and game providers
This site does not sell placements, links, reviews or ranking positions, and will not when a contact channel opens. Section 87(1) of the Act requires the Authority's approval before gambling is advertised on any electronic medium, and the Advertising Regulations, 2026 (L.N. 114 r.9) prohibit calls to action and testimonials. Requests for coverage will be declined. A factual correction about a game's published RTP, a licence or a company name is welcome from anyone, and is handled as a correction, not as coverage.
