Editorial policy
Every page here is drafted with AI tools and checked by scripts before it is published. This policy sets out exactly what that means: which sources count, what is never published, how a page is prepared, who reviews it at present, how dates are shown and what happens when something is wrong.
The disclosure
Every page on Online Slots Kenya is drafted with AI tools by the site's editorial process, with the primary sources open, and passes automated checks on sources, wording, the 18+ notice and operator links before it is published.
That sentence appears in the footer of every page and in the site's llms.txt file. It means what it says: drafting is done with AI tools, by a process rather than by a named writer, and the checks that follow are automated. No page carries a human byline because no human reviewer has yet been published.
Sources that count
A fact can rest on: the Gambling Control Act, 2025 (No. 14 of 2025) as published in the Kenya Gazette; the 2026 Regulations made under it, cited by Legal Notice number (L.N. 111 Licensing, L.N. 112 Conduct of Gambling Operations, L.N. 113 Foreign-Based Operators, L.N. 114 Advertising, L.N. 115 Appeals Tribunal); the pages of the Gambling Regulatory Authority at gra.go.ke; the Income Tax Act and the Excise Duty Act as consolidated by Kenya Law, and Kenya Revenue Authority notices; the Data Protection Act, 2019 and the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner; a game provider's own page for any figure about its game; a test laboratory's own page for what it certifies. News sites, affiliate sites, forums, encyclopaedias and operators' marketing are never sources, and the list of excluded domains is enforced by the checks.
What is never published
- Rankings, ratings, scores or best-of lists of casinos.
- Bonus amounts, free-spin offers or promo codes.
- Hyperlinks to operators. Where a name or domain is needed it is plain text, written as the regulator's list prints it.
- Testimonials, former winners or stories of anyone's session.
- Claims of first-hand experience. Nobody here has played, deposited or withdrawn anything on behalf of the site, and the text never says otherwise.
- Wording that presents gambling as income or as a way out of debt.
How a page is prepared
A guide starts from a brief that names one question and the topic it belongs to. It is drafted with the primary sources open, and every number, date and section is taken from the facts register the network keeps for Kenya or from a primary page opened during the work and listed with its access date. Legal statements name their section inline. Arithmetic is shown and labelled Illustrative example.
Before publication the page passes through automated checks: at least three primary sources with access dates; the 18+ notice and a link to the responsible gambling page; no promotional or promissory wording, matched against regular-expression lists; no operator hyperlink; no excluded source domain; no em dash; no text duplicated from another page on this site or on nine sister sites; title and description lengths; one H1; alt text on every image; internal links that resolve. A page is published only at zero defects. Warnings are read and either fixed or recorded.
Review and who stands behind a page
No named human reviewer has been published yet, and the byline on every guide says so: it credits the editorial process and links to this section. The site is in DEMO status until the publisher supplies the legal entity, the reviewer and the regulator's reference for any future advertising; those details go into the site's configuration and appear here, not into article text.
Dates
Every guide shows the date it was last updated and every source carries the date it was read. A rule quoted as of a date may have changed since; the regulator's live page and the consolidated law prevail.
Independence
No operator, provider or laboratory pays for a mention, supplies text or sees a page before publication. The site has no income; how we make money sets out what would change first if that were ever different.
Mistakes
Errors are corrected on the page and logged on the corrections page with the date. A reader who finds one is asked to say which page, which sentence and which source contradicts it.
Readers under eighteen
The site is for adults of the age of majority. The 2026 Conduct of Gambling Operations Regulations bar promotional material that appeals to persons under eighteen (L.N. 112 r.92(1)(c)), and nothing here is written with younger readers in mind.
