Privacy
This site has no forms and no accounts. Since 2 November 2026 it runs Google Analytics 4, the only thing it loads from another domain, and analytics cookies are set only if you allow them. The server also keeps the log that every web server keeps. This page says what the analytics and that log hold, names the third party involved (Google), and sets out your rights under the Data Protection Act, 2019.
The short version
Online Slots Kenya is a set of static pages. Two things record visits: the server log and Google Analytics 4, both described below. Analytics cookies are set only if you choose "Allow analytics cookies" in the bar at the bottom of the page.
What the server records
Like any web server, the one that delivers these pages writes a log line for each request: the address the request came from, the time, the page asked for, the browser's self-description and the page that linked here, if the browser sends one. Those logs exist to keep the server running and to notice faults or abuse. They are not joined to any other data, not used to build profiles and not shared. How long they are kept depends on the hosting arrangement, which is not yet published; when it is, the retention period appears here.
Cookies and storage
Until you make a choice in the analytics bar, or if you choose "Decline", no analytics cookie is stored. If you choose "Allow analytics cookies", Google Analytics sets first-party cookies whose names begin with _ga, so that repeat visits can be recognised. Your choice itself is kept in your browser's local storage under the key ga-consent; nothing else is written there. You can change your analytics choice at any time, and the bar opens again.
The RTP calculator runs entirely in your browser. What you type is not sent anywhere and is not part of what the analytics tag sends; closing the page discards it.
Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics 4 was switched on on 2 November 2026. The tag is loaded from googletagmanager.com on every page and runs in Google consent mode, with advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation always set to "denied".
| Your choice | Cookies on your device | What the tag sends to Google |
|---|---|---|
| No choice yet | No analytics cookie | Cookieless page-view signals: the page address, the time, and browser and device details |
| Decline | No analytics cookie | The same cookieless page-view signals |
| Allow analytics cookies | First-party cookies whose names begin with _ga | Page views, with those cookies, so that repeat visits can be recognised |
Google processes what it receives under its own privacy policy, at policies.google.com/privacy, and may process it outside Kenya.
There is no advertising network, no social media widget and no embedded video. Fonts and images are served from this domain. In your browser's network panel, every request goes to this site's own address except the Google Analytics script and what that tag sends to Google.
Forms and messages
There is no form. A contact channel has not been published; when one exists, this page will say what is collected through it and for how long it is kept, before it goes live.
Third parties
Google receives the analytics data described above and processes it under its own policy. The hosting provider delivers the pages and holds the server logs described above. No one else receives reader data through this site.
Your rights under the Data Protection Act, 2019
The Data Protection Act, 2019 (No. 24 of 2019) commenced on 25 November 2019. It defines personal data as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, and a data controller as the person or body that determines the purpose and means of processing (s.2). Section 26 gives a data subject the right to be informed of the use to which their personal data is put, to access it, to object to its processing, and to have false or misleading data corrected or deleted. Section 25(h) requires that personal data not be transferred outside Kenya without proof of adequate safeguards or the data subject's consent.
A complaint may be lodged with the Data Commissioner orally or in writing, and must be investigated and concluded within ninety days (s.56). The Office of the Data Protection Commissioner publishes a searchable register of data handlers and explains that s.18 of the Act and the 2021 Registration Regulations require organisations processing personal data to register. The rights exist and the ODPC is the place to raise them.
Changes to this page
2 November 2026: Google Analytics was switched on, this page was rewritten to describe it, and the change is dated in the corrections log. Any other feature that collects data, such as a form, will be described here before it goes live.
