Terms of use
These terms describe who Online Slots Kenya is for, what its pages are and are not, why the calculator and every table are illustrative rather than a forecast or a record, what the site does not offer, and the limits of the publisher's responsibility. They are short because the site does little: it publishes information and sells nothing.
Who the site is for
Online Slots Kenya is written for adults in Kenya of the age of majority, which is eighteen. The 2026 Conduct of Gambling Operations Regulations bar promotional material that appeals to persons under eighteen (L.N. 112 r.92(1)(c)), and the Gambling Control Act, 2025 requires operators to see proof of age of majority before registering a player (s.72(3)). If you are under eighteen, this site is not for you. Readers outside Kenya should expect that the law described here does not apply where they are.
Information, not advice
The pages describe how slots work and what Kenyan law says, citing the section or regulation each time. They are not legal, financial or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to play, to stop, or to choose any operator or game. A decision about your own money or your own situation needs the primary text, the regulator or a qualified adviser.
The calculator and the tables are illustrative
The RTP calculator and every worked example apply published arithmetic to figures you or the page supply: expected loss is stake multiplied by spins multiplied by one minus the RTP. The result is a long-run average, not a forecast of any session, and the page says so each time. Where a table reproduces the regulator's list of licensed companies or a provider's published RTP, the regulator's live page and the provider's own page prevail over anything printed here; both can change after the access date shown.
No gambling services
The site offers no game, takes no stake, holds no account and processes no payment. Section 28(1) of the Act forbids offering any gambling activity or service unless it is licensed under the Act; this site offers none and holds no licence because it needs none. No page links to an operator and no operator pays for a mention; the how we make money page explains why.
Operators and third parties
Where an operator, a game provider or a laboratory is named, the fact comes from the regulator's list or from that party's own page as it stood on the date shown. The site is not responsible for what any operator does, pays or fails to pay. A dispute with an operator belongs with its customer care centre, which s.68(8) of the Act requires it to keep within Kenya, and then with the Authority (s.10(m)); the contact page sets out where each kind of question belongs.
Accuracy and liability
Reasonable care goes into every page and the checks described in the editorial policy are applied before publication, but the law changes, the regulator's pages change and providers change their figures. To the extent the law allows, the publisher accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on these pages. Errors are corrected and logged on the corrections page.
Copying
You may quote short passages with a link to the page. Reproducing whole pages, or presenting any part of the site as an endorsement of an operator, is not permitted.
Changes
These terms may change as the site leaves DEMO status, in particular when the publisher's legal entity is published. The date at the top of this page records the last change, and changes of substance are also noted in the corrections log.
